100% of your donation amount is sent by CloakedCare directly to the merchant to pay the bill. Fees are added on top and charged separately. The donation never touches the recipient's account.
A single 5% platform fee is added to each donation to cover identity verification, fraud prevention, bill authentication, secure payment processing, platform operations, and security systems. This fee is paid by donors in addition to their donation amount.
