Disabled person here. Utility company kept saying my bill amount was $0 last three months of 2025, then sprung this huge bill on me for those months. When I called, PG&E said sometimes it takes a few months for their billing to catch up?! I have no way to pay this amount. My budget is already stretched to breaking. Any help is very much appreciated.
